Focus Graphite, the Canada-based advanced exploration and mining company, recently announced a first closing of a non-brokered private placement at which it has gathered proceeds of $75,000.

Focus also previously received a subscription for an additional $2,077,500, which funds have been deposited in trust pending the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. The net proceeds from the sale of the units will be added to Focus’ working capital.
