Saint Jean Carbon has announced that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of up to $500,000 CAD (around $400,000 USD) .

Closing is anticipated to occur around January 30, 2018. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering for general corporate and administrative purposes.In October 2017, SJC completed a non-brokered private placement financing o $500,000 and earlier this month, it announced the completion of its new mill, to produce graphite and graphene materials.
